TIMWETECH has been having a continuous presence in some of the most relevant job fairs at Top ranked Portuguese Universities:
Being present on these universities is a great opportunity to build awareness of TIMWETECH, its mission and core values, and its core businesses. To leverage our presence on these events we usually invite other TIMWETECH employees who can share their personal experiences and ideally that come from the same university. Sharing, it’s important for us not only because the students can easily learn what is the day to day work at TIMWETECH and how challenging and rewarding is to become part of our team, but also, for TIMWETECH ambassadors is a recognition to speak about the company and how successful they have been on this journey.
Participating in job/careers fairs is also an opportunity to create bonds with the students, who have so many questions about finding the first job and to understand the personal career path they might expect when joining a company such as TIMWETECH. Here, students are able to be in touch with recruiter and freely ask before the interviews’ processes and know what type of company, job and career they may aspire to.
Besides our traditional TIMWETECH stand, we also like to participate in the most diverse activities at the fairs like breakfasts with students, lunch with students, speed interviews, pitch feedback and presentations in big auditoriums.
At these Job Fairs, TIMWETECH is focused on three main areas: Marketing, Finance and IT.
Career fairs are a great HR tool for finding new unexplored talent and promoting our employer brand. Furthermore, a career fair provides the opportunity to meet, to share experiences about discovering new talent and to enhance our networking with other companies.
